“It starts out with a very clean sweetness in the dry fragrance, with fruit accents and malty hints that add a nice depth to the profile. The wet aroma smells honey-sweet, with fruit notes that are tropical, and a beautiful honeysuckle floral note on the break.

Flavors of white honey, and semi-refined sugars come through, with a floral note that brings a nice level of complexity to the aroma, and definitely gives off a ‘jasmine’ feel. The fruited accents immediately come into play, and hint at apricot, and mango at first. As the coffee cools, a pleasantly vibrant acidity becomes more clear, and is enhanced by hints of berry tea and passion fruit.”
