Piscine Patel survived over 200 days stranded on the Pacific Ocean… with a tiger. After a while, all he wanted was something sweet to eat. Who can blame him after only eating fish and biscuits for so long?
This medium roast from Rwanda would’ve been a gift from the Gods for Pi. Well-developed sweetness alluding to light brown sugars, bright accents of blackberry and raspberry black teas that lead to some tannic bittering, raisin bread, and dried blueberry. A sweeter treat wouldn’t have propelled Pi better than this.
While Pi could’ve used the coffee to fuel his survival, you can use it to fuel your passions and hobbies. Sip on a cup, be thankful you’re on dry land, and use the energy to accomplish something great today!
