You know what sucks? Knowing exactly what you want to achieve, but having no clue how you’re going to achieve it.
You create this vision in your head, this ideal scenario of what you want your life to look like or what you want this passion project to become. You have huge aspirations and ideas and intentions for when you finally reach those goals, but getting there seems impossible.
I know exactly what I want ETT to look like when it’s at its peak. I know the impact my content will have on the young, creative community. The problem is, I don’t know how to get there.
My idea as I write this is to just keep trying new things. Create a plan. Start with the end goal and work my way backwards until I reach an actionable step. Keep creating, keep posting, keep interacting with creative people, and keep growing.
I think viewing it on the long-term scale helps a lot. It’s comforting to know I don’t have to figure everything out right now. I have so many years ahead of me to learn and grow my tribe. As long as I have the intention of working towards my goals each and every day, I don’t doubt I’ll reach them.
The path won’t always be clear, but if the destination burns bright in your mind, and you’re willing to push forward, you’ll find your way.
