Description
A Butler’s Choice
Acidity: Medium
Body: Medim
Notes: Red Fruits, Molasses, Yellow Tea
Any butler would be a fool to serve a coffee other than this one. With such a fruit forward aroma and taste, any Lord would be ecstatic to enjoy a cup.
This coffee comes from Ethiopia and packs a punch! The dry process helps bring out a ton of those fruity scents and tastes. You may catch whiffs of fruit pastry-like sweetness, with accents of cinnamon roll, raisin, and stone fruit Danish. As you bloom and continue to brew, you’ll notice the wet aroma brings out a really nice cooked sugar sweetness, and more defined notes of red berries, strawberry, and even a subtle fruit-floral hint.
The Lord of the house will want to start sipping the coffee right away, but a dignified butler will encourage them to wait it out. As the coffee cools, those fruit notes come more to the surface and make for a delicious cup.
